Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms govern your use of OmniAPI. By creating an account or sending a request through the gateway, you agree to them.

The service

OmniAPI provides a managed API gateway that routes requests to upstream AI model providers. We supply API key management, usage metering, rolling usage windows and a billing dashboard. We sell digital access only — there is no physical product or shipment.

Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity performed with your API keys.
  • One person or organisation per account. Sharing keys publicly is prohibited.
  • We may suspend accounts that show signs of fraud, chargeback abuse or credential sharing.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to break any applicable law.
  • Do not attempt to bypass usage windows, rate limits, or billing.
  • Do not resell raw gateway access without a written agreement with us.
  • Do not use the service to generate content that violates the upstream provider's policies.

Plans, billing and usage

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance in USD, and wallet credit is charged in USD at checkout.
  • Each plan carries a rolling 5-hour and 7-day spend allowance. Exceeding a window returns HTTP 429 until capacity recovers.
  • Requests rejected before reaching the upstream provider are not billed.
  • Usage is metered from provider usage reports and shown in your dashboard ledger.
  • Plans activate instantly after successful payment confirmation.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Upstream provider outages, maintenance windows and network faults can affect requests. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, payment failure or abuse of the platform. You can close your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniAPI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
